As the runners of <Patriots> and <Cucks> began to turn the corner just past the door to the North Wing, <Cucks> runner Lil’ Billy was met with the fury of Eashen of the Sky, triggering an FTE on behalf of <Cucks>.

[Sun Sep 25 11:23:40 2016] Eashen of the Sky engages Lil’ Billy!

This single FTE would have locked <Cucks> into an hour timer in which they have uncontested rights to kill Eashen, at the expense of being disallowed from any further FTEs for that same hour. However, <Cucks> continued on to engage Aaryonar, thus breaking the one-hour timer provision of the FTE rule.

After <Cucks> got Eashen FTE, it was natural to assume that <Patriots> would now get Aary FTE as <Cucks> is locked into Eashen for an hour. But, as <Patriots> continued on for FTE of Aary and secured it, a minute later <Cucks> decides to claim that Eashen was a tracker FTE since they were running for Aary (even though there are no trackers placed near this mob - Eashen/Aary are tracked with bind sight, not physical characters) and they proceed to pull Aary out from <Patriots>'s rightful FTE.

It would be absurd to think that you can simply claim tracker FTE on any and every mob that you encounter which you don't want on your way to the mob that you do want AFTER the fact. I would understand and be sympathetic to declaring a mob beforehand(regardless of whether there are other mobs up at that exact moment) this way there would be no confusion for other guilds, as securing FTE's requires the use of expendables such as idols, soulfires, wort pots, etc... but this situation is simply abusive of the rules in place with regard to spirit of the rule and the actual 'letter of the law'.

There is a policy in place that when multiple mobs are up, you call which mob you are going for so that if you get FTE from the other, it will not lock you in and you can continue for the chosen mob. This policy has been in place for some time and is observed by all guilds which directly avoids these situations. In this scenario, such was never made known to any other party.

Granted the timing was unfortunate for <Cucks>, it seems that they are operating under the policy that they can just secure FTE on whichever mobs they want and then concede all but the most valuable target to them.
Thus, in this scenario, we have <Cucks> not only securing wrongful FTE because they were locked into another target, but they also continued to pull and kill Aaryonar which would have rightfully belonged to <Patriots>.
