Invisible or Bugged Rune of Scale

I am in Oasis Mar. Am trying to get the 3 Runes I need for the Rune Scale Cloak. I had a Rune of Periphery in my inventory when I picked up a Rune of Scale. Selected the Rune of Scale and tried to ID it. Once ID'd Game stated it is a Rune of Periphery. Rune of Scale is gone from Inventory. Thought it was odd. Then killed another mob and tried to pick up another Rune of Scale. Game says I already have the item in my inventory. Destroyed the Rune of Periphery and tried to pick up the Rune of Scale again. Not able to as it says I still have the Lore Item in Inventory. Tried to logout and back in to see if it would reappear or shake loss but it didn't.

Please help.

open it in note pad.

ctrl f to find 'rune of scale'...

you can check if it is in your bank this way without having to visit the bank.
