Fastest VPN Location?

I've seen other posts that say the P99 servers are located in New York - some say New Jersey.

I think I'm going to make the jump to a VPN and I'm wondering what the fastest location would
be, according to other people's experience?

No need of vpn if you are in north America. I"m in canada and get ping in the 50ms.

I have it on good authority the servers are located inside Rutt's Hutt. You can smell the Passaic River inside the burgers.
