Project 1999 Files (V52) help please.

Hi. I'm not very computer savvy but I've downloaded eq titanium, mounted the discs, & installed it correctly. When I got the Project 1999 Files (V52) I extracted them, but I think i didn't do so in the right spot. When i double click on Launch Titanium, I get an error message stating "Windows cannot find 'eqgame'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, & try again." Any help please on this subject would be greatly appreciated. This is the final step I need to re-live this wonderful game. Looking forward to playing with you all. Thanks a bunch & happy gaming!
