Default Agreement Breach: Scout Charisa

Greetings!

Recently, members from Project Lightning breached the, CSR Saff enforced, Scout Charisa Player Agreement. Player agreements, especially those enforced by CSR Staff, are often created to ensure fairness and decrease or eliminate the frustrations with high-value encounters. Breaches of these agreements may cause disruption, confusion, and escalated tempers.

The justification for breaching the Scout Charisa agreement is unknown. Whether the result of challenging policies, attempting to locate loopholes, or operating in perceived technicalities, this type of behavior is not condoned and subject to disciplinary action. As a reminder, there are a variety of methods available at everyone’s disposal to utilize when guidelines, agreements, or other areas seem unclear.

The first method is always seeking resolution and clarification with your fellow player, especially in matters that concern player-driven interactions. It is only when those avenues are exhausted should CSR Staff be contacted. Whether in the forum’s Petition / Exploit thread or appropriate channels in our discord servers, decorum is a prerequisite for requesting assistance.

The gravity of breaching agreements should come as a clear indicator of our intolerance for such behavior and CSR Staff will respond with appropriate action. Should we encounter repeat bad actors, disciplinary may be enforced upon those involved, their leadership team (leaders and officers), or the guild as a whole.

Going forward, it is expected all players adhere to our policies including but not limited to the Play Nice Policy, Raid Rules FAQ, or any additional documented and enforced agreements.

Thank You,

The Project 1999 Team
