weapon proc argument
I had a guildie tell me that the proc on the Tstaff makes it slower so a peace bringer will out damage a Tstaff…
I do not need the answer to that question. I need the answer to THIS question. Do weapon procs effect the delay? does it like re-set the delay and make the next swing take longer? I have never heard of this and would be blown away if it is true. | ||

No. Weapons proc on the swing but other than that they have no impact on how the weapon works.
Although I've noticed my Bonethunder staff likes to proc more on living opponents when it is absolutely useless. Undead opponent? Might as well be swinging a regular stick. But again, that has nothing to do with timing.

You can even proc with your off hand when duel wield fails to produce a swing!

I think they are referring to the proc animation, on live IIRC if it had a crappy proc animation you could potentially do less dps on procs, but I don't think that's true for P99. T-Staff is more dps.
