Yeah i'd say if the majority of guilds on the server don't like giving up dkp bids for ring 10 then they ought to come to a rotation agreement given that the server rules are just what defaults when no server agreement is reached.

Race from the EW zone line or GD portal.

Spawn an NPC named "Roll Is Trash Badain" you can tag for an FTE msg -or- whoever enters the hut first wins. All racers already have OBS running, any dispute can be handled between guild reps.

Getting ring 9 isn't hard, it's not some trek up a prestigeous mountain that only a select few can achieve. People often sell ring 7 MQ's for 10k'ish, then you show up a few times to win ring 8 roll, then ask 3-4 guildies to help you kill a few dwarves and boom you have ring 9.

Just because you paid a bunch of dkp for your ring and now some people are going to get it for free doesn't diminish your accomplishments. Metas change. Guilds use to give traks teeth for free if you had the rest of the key done when they dropped. Very few do that anymore. Should the people paying a bunch of DKP for teeth start whining that they should be getting them for free now?

Ring 10 is a glorified scout bracer except you need your guild to do a small event instead of 10 randos to help you kill the captain. Rings are free now, get over it.

What happens on a failure of war? I think making the lockout extend to 3 months is fair.

Are rolling people then (and by extension their guilds) obliged to assist?
