Default What's better?

What should I get for my warrior?

2 sarnak warhammers or 2 yak war clubs?

The sarnak's will cost me alot more and I'm a new player without alot of money. They'll do more dps.

The yak's will cost me so much less. They'll do less damage. The proc will generate more aggro than the proc on the sarnak though.

So what should I do?

Or some different combo?

I'm level 30 now, coming up on the time when these weapons will start to proc.

Sarnak Warhammer is lore so you can only have 1 and won't proc until 46.

I went the 2 yak's route, but ended up having more success with a 2h staff of battle until mid 40's. Where I went with the P99 standard Sarnak Warhammer and Silken Whip.

I've heard the staff of battle mentioned before and maybe it's something I should consider.

Strange that it could hold aggro that well without a proc.

Nothing really holds aggro well for a warrior, at least until the decent weapons start procing.

The damage output from the Staff of Battle is so high that I felt gimped when I switched to my procing weapons after leveling. A crippling double attack with staff of battle will make your groups think you are a super hero.

If I'm not mistaken there is also a hate modifier on 2-handed weapons, I'm thinking like x1.5.

One thing to remember: keep you weapon skills leveled up so when you have to switch back to one-handers you aren't under-skilled.

You're entering in the level range that sucks as a warrior, just about every other class is going to have a dps advantage/gear advantage. You're not going to be procing much, and your taunt skill is still fairly low.

Its going to be a rough ride until you hit mid 40's. A haste item and a Staff of Battle will help your raw dps over relying on procs.

You're really going to need to rely on your group to help you tank at this point. Roots and feigns and whatnot/etc....
