Since around Feb of 2020, I've lost about 55 pounds. Went from 225 to 170. Life changing difference.

For the last stretch you'll want to assume your ideal leanbody mass, and eat the caloric intake required to maintain it, and let your body acclimate to that weight over a longer period to prevent a boomerang effect
