Basically she shouldn't get a free pass though. This was wilful negligence at the least. IMO only a homicidal maniac stands in a doorway blocking the exit without taking cover and shoots unarmed people however.

The jury will have to decide whether her testimony is true or false.

Being a cop sucks and involves risk. That's part of the job. It's not a good excuse to shoot someone.

90% of people who become cops really have no other career options and most departments pay very well considering the education level.

You are trading a high danger level for a paycheck, if you are in that boat generally you choose between cop or criminal.

As for her eyes, I think she is pretty cute and I would party with her.

A lot of cops chose their profession (it seems) to lord their authority over others. If you’re actually a manly dude who wants to serve I think you go become a fireman. Cops, in my opinion, 50% cool people and 50% peaked in high school dickheads

you first need to prove that this is true. because the elite have their own security as far as i see it.

that said i have met some cops that were real power hungry chumps. i think the attitude stems from dealing with the lowest scum of society on a daily basis more than anything.
