Withdrawals!!

I have EQ Titanium Installed and I've been playing for a couple months. I was just on a few days ago and everything was working fine. Now for some reason when I click on my EQ shortcut from my desktop a window pops up saying I am missing DSETUP.dll from my files. But I was just on a few days ago.. and I downloaded the files from the patch. I downloaded the patch AGAIN but it still doesn't work. I need someone to walk me through this... I need to EQ!!
