Zone music isn't playing, I've tried to fix it but it still isn't playing.

The intro/character select screen and combat music play, but no zones do, below is what I have done so far.

1. I used Welgrim's BASSMIDI Driver.
2. Tried replacing all the sound and music files in the directory that launches P99 with my backup P99 files.
3. I logged in, turned off Combat Music and Environmental Sounds, logged out, restarted my PC, logged back in and turned them on again and repeated the steps, logged restarted logged back in.
4. My eqclient.ini file shows music and sounds are turned on and up.

I'm thinking I might just have to reinstall P99, I'd rather not though, so before I do, I wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions? Or is there any information I can provide that could help in getting this fixed?
