Coincidence. Some spell scrolls can drop, but EVERY port/translocate spell that is supposed to be sold is NOT sold.

This is still true - only the vendor in WL is selling the new druid ports. Also, the Surefall ports aren't being sold by the vendor in the ranger or druid guilds in Kelethin.

IIRC the spells were added to old world vendors and surefall port didn't exist until a month into Velious, but it's been a long time.
