oasis spectres are strictly worse xp then the ones in feerrot due to the ZEM

I like Oasis. Nice merchants, can pop into South Ro at 9pm for a speculative J boots ring if temptation presents itself. The spectres seem more concentrated but no pathers to dodge.

Feerott has the double edge sword of raiders running thru and killing spectres but also providing buffs/rezzes.

Feerrot has faster repop so maybe that's why the xp bar seems to move faster?
