Which Weapon to mainly use?

I have the following:

2H

Should I just be rocking the 2H until I get better raid drops for a dual wield combo?

It'll depend on what level you are and what you're looking to do, but assuming you're xping and looking to tank I'd vote 2hander as it's solid and the 1handers don't seem like a strong combo in terms of agro.

I haven't mathed it out and may not know what I'm talking about, of course!

Hmmmm that's a rough choice. ToV weapon with a > 1.0 ratio, or a Venomous Axe that's only good for lowbie twinks..

My warrior is level 49 now with a 32 haste belt iirc

I guess the main question is should I just stick with the 2h to 60 since I won’t be able to purchase some crazy dual world combo? Obviously the venom axe sucks but the hammer of battle paired with an offhand might be suitable? Been a long time since I’ve played this warrior and just getting back into it.

Two hander will take you a ways, especially once the damage bonus scales 55+ you’ll create solid white dmg. aggro. Solid duel wield combo (infestation/frostbringer) will generate more aggro if (big if) you get a nice string of procs but the 2 hander will be smooth aggro.

Demand roots if you keep losing aggro! Also earth pet is a warriors best friend

Oh toxigen how the forums have treated you, you used to be more pleasant back in the day. Anyways, of course it’s almost a no brainer but let’s say I paired the hammer of battle with oh I don’t know infestation or a decent hate generating item, we still going with the 2h just because of ratio? I heard there was an update to 2h in some patch but I haven’t played this char in over 2 years.
