Well, I won't put words in mouths but I've observed that some compulsion-prone people with dysmorphia will obsess over managing their appearance to combat anxiety [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] this etiology could lead to some pretty extreme behaviors if it ran unchecked! It's a fun hypothesis and surely true in a subset but the sweeping application of it is pretty myopic, kinda like trying to diagnose why a person prefers pee-pees.

I think you added way too much intellectuality to his troll post.

Pretty sure he just mashed two common mental disorders together then added them to the word "transgenderism" to be cute (in his mind).
