Warrior racial choice at 60 in velious?
How much will this matter? I'd love to have a gnome warrior, especially after seeing the server pop statistics. There's plenty of advantages: tinker (gets good in velious), see through walls, pre-shrunk (no cobalt bracer for me!). The enormous stat disadvantages seem to fade at the top end in velious with BiS pre-raid gear and when buffed. No slam will suck but kick stun at 55 seems to take care of that...
Any thoughts?

ogre for frontal stun immunity. boss mobs bash. a lot. it seems to be the consensus among tanks that rolled ogres that it's harder to position and maintain aggro on raid targets while your stunned.
of course, any tank that rolled another race will just tell you to dump a mallet and you should be fine.

Wood elf for divine intervention.

Both halflings (with sneak) and gnomes (with tinkering) get some utility options that other races lack. This is of course irrelevant for raiding. For main tank on raids, ogre frontal stun immunity is useful but not a game breaker.
Play what you want race-wise on this one. Though why anyone would want to look at a gnome for 100+ hours is beyond me.

I remember on CT during kunark/Velious era, the MT for the top guild was a gnome war. Zippo was his name?

Are there any new aggro tools in velious that trump mallets? This will be on red btw.

Hey man, don't say sneak has no use in a raid. I have tagged numerous raid targets as a sneaky halfling when our monks were bad or not there.

gnomes are cool, everything else is just another warrior
