Need help with GINA

I just hit 55 on my Shaman and it's becoming clear using something like GINA is the way to go.

I've managed to get buffs for myself set up and timers. But what I am struggling with is setting up triggers for targets so I can track party members buffs as well as slow timings.

Whats the command you use in GINA to reference things you are targeting?

If anyone has tips or tricks for using the software I would very much appreciate it!
