no servers showing up uppon log in

This has been going on for over a month now, when i log in no server show up 9 out of 10 times. i have to log out and log back in multiple times untill i get a server list. Some days if im unlucky it can take over 15 min of constant relog-in at wich point i simply give up and try an hour latter, but it doesnt improve the odds.

Please anyone has a fix for this ? i have the latest P99_50d patch . Gave all the permissions i could in my firewall to the game and still no luck. I'm using Win 7.

I did a search for you in the technical forums and it seems that the fix is either to adjust your router settings or to user a personal VPN to connect.
