Spells: Canni II only giving 10 mana

This does not happen everytime I cast it, but it happens most of the time where canni II only gives me 10 mana. Obviously this is not correct and canni I gives more mana for less hp.

Are others having this issue?

could it just be the server tick adjusting your mana after the UI tick? What does your mana do in the subsequent tick?

i noticed this doing the Canni Dance and also using Canni II, (Canni, Sit, tick from server...repeat) and once i stand and canni noticed 10 mana up only, wasnt frequent tho. And other times i noticed double ticks of 20 mana on sit and wasnt constant also(was just few ticks that got doubled, then back to 1 normal tick), never really looked into the matter.
