Exclamation [Bug] No sound in Mumble?

Well I'm unsure if this is an EQ or a WinEQ issue/question. So I am currently running on a brand new desktop that I built in January and I can give specs if deemed necessary. I am running EQ Titanium and WinEQ 2.15 lite in windowed mode. When running EQ, I am able to hear folks from mumble without an issue. However, if I have my EQ window selected (AKA playing EQ) when I press my push-to-talk button, the people in Mumble are unable to hear me. If I select a different window, like a chrome window, mumble itself or anything else other than the EQ window, when I press my button everyone can hear me fine. I have tested in Teamspeak and people seem to be able to hear me fine while playing although I don't know anyone with a vent server, so have yet to try that, however it seems specific to Mumble.

Has anyone else had an issue like this before? Is this a known issue or is this something new? Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Fixed this myself by running Mumble as an administrator.
