He doesn't have to apologize for shit. He doesn't have to react at all. Just keep doing his show with his guests, using whatever language he wants and speaking about whatever. But that is all over. Because Joe Rogan stopped being Joe Rogan is now Joe Rogan Incorporated and he has a staff and advisors and attorneys and as any Incorporated Entity will tell you, you have to obey the social mob at all times. Watch him grovel in obeisance as he promises to be more fair and bring both sides and whatever other garbage you have to say to be seen to acquiesce to the insane people of facebook and twitter. Make no mistake, Joe Rogan doesn't need Spotify or any third-party platform. He can easily do his podcast on joerogan.com or whatever and distribute his interviews in a hundred different ways, and there's nothing anyone can do to stop him. It would also be lucrative because he is extremely popular and people would pay to subscribe and he could have advertising that people don't mind that if they know it's for him, he could patreon it up also, there's books to sell, speaking fees. It would be lucrative...but not $160 million lucrative. Rogan made his choice. He has zero credibility with me from now on. I say that because his only appeal to me was that he was willing to say anything, to ask the crazy questions, to bring on people who would say completely outrageous stuff so you could make up your own mind how crazy they were like an adult. But now other people tell Joe what to say and how to say it. And whether his guests are credible or not is decided by management and other various lunatics, not me.
