DID ARMS day before yesterday.

Yesterday was a total rest day. I had to recover from drinking for the past two weeks. I didn't have a hangover, but when your norm is not drinking, regular drinking fucks you all up. Tomorrow is sword gains

Today I did a yoga class

I'm really excited about my recent purchase. I used to use a dip / pullup belt a while ago. For whatever reason it took me this long to get my own. It came in this morning.

Grr, been meaning to invest in one of these bad boys. I'm still awkwardly gripping a dumbbell between my legs while i do my dips. Amazon prime day should probably discount one of these for me today.

Yea man. I'm going to break it in tomorrow. I can't wait. I got that one off of amazon, as I do most of my stuff. It was only 32 bucks with great reviews. The one negative review I saw a guy was saying he couldn't stack more than 3 plates smh.
