Probably about 24 hours. And that was just because I was so hooked on playing. Not because I was doing some camp or anything.

Caffeine was all I needed for that.
Same and back in the day. Now? Too old for that kind of thing and a great many other (and better) things to do.

55 hours getting Raster of Guk for my Monk epic on live.

Drugs used? A 13 year old's tenacity.

I stayed on P1999 for about 10 hours straight once back in 2009, but it sucked and I said to myself I'd never do it again. I haven't. That's my own personal worst on P99.

i haven't made it past a 16-18hr session since red era 2012-2013 without needing some sleep, was just caffeine

i may have pushed past the 18hr mark a few times during live circa 2001 summer
i do sort of recall passing out in a 24hr internet cafe at least once now that i think about it

that was just youthful ignorance, hadn't tried drugs yet

Not very long on P99 ever, but on live when they first came out with fabled items I went after the FBSS and it took me 12 or 13 hours. I can’t imagine the lengths people are going to for the manastone here.

4-5 days straight no sleep trying to level my paladin... I kept nodding off around day 5 into straight dreams got freaky a few times I didn't know if I was awake or asleep

Then when I did sleep and crash I dreamed about playing the entire time. Shit burns into your mind.

none of the drugs used in this post during the time of incident were in any illegal class

all otc or legal by state
