MASSIVE LAG, CRASHING DURING ZONING, ETC.

So lately i been experiencing high lag issues. My ping is around 130ms, but basically i am standing still, being unable to act, fight, loot, etc for about minutes! This is very frustrating. I had to stop my gaming session right now because of this. I am unable to do anything. I got 300mb/s fiber optic, playing from Europe. The zone crashing begun yesterday. I been crashing in a lot of areas, Cabilis, HHK, HH, Ro, etc.
