From my understanding account sharing has always been allowed. Not sure if there has ever been a rule against it even.

You can do it, but be aware that if your friend does anything illegal (ie training, RMT, stealing) and gets banned for any reason, you will lose your account. There is no leniency for 'my friend did it'. Same goes for if one day he decides to strip/delete your characters or share the account info with someone else for any reason.

Making accounts is free, why not get him to make his own one after a while if he's enjoying himself? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Think twice about it, unless you also share your bed with them. And even then...

You should be ok as long as you don't have a BDA tag.

Pretty much this. We penalize accounts here, not people.

Although it is not forbidden, we strongly encourage people not to share their account information.

Well, he is my real life friend from many years, so thank you. I know i can trust him, we were just concerned that you would penalize sharing accounts. Thanks for everybody who did care to reply. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
