Exclamation GUI error messages when starting game

ok so i installed game made a shortcut to launch titanium. ummm.. everything starts to fire up...like barely then crashes to a

i also replaced all the ui files already but still this happens please help... i need to get my evercrack fix. its been 6 months!

also why didn't i have this problem the first time i installed p99 on different comp. please help thank you all!!!!

Did you install to a read/write protected directory?

Try moving the EQ folder to the main C:\ drive
