Kael Drakkal Mob Regen Rate Too High?
54 bard here just attempted killing Watcher Frozentoe via fear kiting at the zone line to Wakening Lands. Frozentoe was regenerating his health quicker than I was killing him. I realize my dps as a bard is low, but typically mob regen rate is much lower than this guy.

yeah the regen rate on the lower level mobs seems way too high, those frost giant beserkers regen 3% or so a tick which is like.. 150-200 hp every 6 seconds
