Yes but I couldn't find any earlier evidence and this stuff wasn't really changed for many years. I will keep digging later tonight.

Changed the turn ins from ally -> amiable for Leuz and Charisa based on evidence. I saw a few reports of "get ally with COV", then proceed. Schortt's links were good enough to change it to amiable.

It's not that big of a deal to change the armor quests to accept Warmly, then require Ally around May 2001, but I guess it depends on the scope. Were the armor quests the only ones that changed with the Ally patch?
