Default Transfer files/folder to new computer?

Hey guys!
So I upgraded to a better newer game computer and was wondering what the best way is to transfer the game to that machine would be?
Could I just send the game folder to a thumb drive and then put that folder on the new computer?
Do I need to extract the files or what is the best way to do this?
Any easy advice would be apriciated greatly.
Thank you!
Ron

Ok thank you. Copy it onto the thumb drive then extract it on the new computer? I’ll give that a try tonight.

I've even ran the game off a thumb drive before. I just plug it into the laptop and point the shortcut to the eq executable.

I copied the game over and am now getting an “Error in your GUI XML files. Check UIErrors txt’ message. Any idea what that’s about?

I dragged the whole folder to the thumb drive then put it into the new computer and drug it to the desktop. I am still getting the same error.

Try taking permissions on the new pc when its moved. maybe its a permissions issue. Otherwise reinstall titanium.

I got titanium from another user like 4 years ago over Facebook. He was awesome in helping me get the game set up and running so if it’s not in that folder that I brought over then I’m kinda screwed. What are the permissions? I don’t recall seeing anything like that.

Windows permissions. Your folder will likely have permissions from a user on your old PC that doesnt exist on your new one. Re-apply permissions to the folder for the current user of your new pc. And also - you're not screwed if it doesnt work. I cant link or discuss it here, but there's plenty of ways to get Titanium.
