Speaking from my experiences... just let the casters cast... watch your mob die off fast, mezz the enemy, charm break, kill your pet, charm the caster or something else... continue?
It doesn't have to be clean, as long as it gets the job done. | ||

Thread is getting a little old now but another thing you might want to take into consideration is which spell the mob is casting. It takes some practice, but you can tell what spell the mob is casting by the spell particles once it starts casting.
Some spells are fairly harmless assuming your pet is the target. You can just let them cast these spells (e.g., nukes, gravity flux, etc.) But if you see the spell particles for something like a disspell (which can break charm), slow, or a big heal, you probably want to interrupt it. | ||
