How about the drops from Phinny, Ground spawn from in Skyfire, and Yael?
Dates suggest around the Chardok revamp era?

Well it looks like he should be in Velious, but need a specific timeframe for him. Then, will check and add the quest drops in old world.

Saw a named human NPC walking around in WW along the right wall coming out of SG. Looked like a Priest of Discord and didn't respond to hails. Can't remember the name but has anyone else seen him or know what he's for?

So around 2 months before luclin at the latest.

Appears to be stationary in beta. I saw him in the middle of ice, but magelo only has two dots on the location.

-Makil Rargon, Guardian Kozzalym, Fusible Igneous Ore will not spawn until ~July 2001
-Phinigel and Master yael will drop ore in ~July 2001
-Fixed Makil's text, face, faction, and added a grid
