Too many people would cry that they cant play monk without beads methinks(lol). Rest of the sane people would support it possibly.

It was at this point I decided to no longer be kind to the casuals as they have extreme short term memory. They did this to themselves, unfortunately.

I would put my health at risk to get a few items that no longer drop on blue/red.

This is basically why I hope none of the legacy items are included.

Of course they will be though.

New 99 server would split blues player base only slightly. With the exception of tracking and FTE ppl raiding takes minimal play time (actually logged on time)

Possibly some of the tryhards would restart there and leave the screen watching on blue to others... But within a year or two green99 would be very similar to blue99 maybe alot less 60 alts and mage coth toons camped in raid zones but still similar another year or so after the velious era ends the two would be indistinguishable from one another

Not true if chardok aoe was nerfed out the gates you would see a lot less 60 alts even after 1-2 years.

This would be a healthy difference between the old and the new. Not only did the AOE shut down most groups who wanted to XP, but it was a hot spot for RMT and rude behavior. I was personally insulted countless times both in zone chat and my stream chat when I took a group of heroes for an adventure in there.

Definitely something we can do without looking forwards <3
