Default Sledge of Smashing - Wrath proc - causing z axis issues

I have been leveling solo in Neriak and have noticed that whenever my hammer procs, if the target is inside a building they will immediately jump to the roof. I will attempt to reproduce this in other zones on other mobs.

Seems to happen if the effect has even a slight knockback. Ran into it in Unrest a lot on a Ranger using that call of sky weapon buff in the basement. Had to either click it off or make sure I was in an area with a high ceiling although that didn't always prevent it from happening. The MR group was loving the occasional werebat or hag appearing in the middle of the room and then running back downstairs.

Yeah it's the knockback I've seen it with various other spells too that have a small knockback.

I've seen it in Unrest with Enchanter nukes due to the knockback. It throws the mob upstairs and brings a train back with it.

I figured it was a knockback related issue. I wonder if anything can be done. super frustrating to have one of the best one-handers in the game unusable
