If the bone chips are tradable, why can't I loot them on my alt and trade my necro later? I understand wanting this item to go to mains, but I don't think it's reasonable to have me waiting for hours a zone off from EC on my level 60 necro when I could be selling bone chips with that character.

A Decaying Skeleton are /list camps on Teal. This has solved any issues we have.
