Default Fear

Outside of full duration fears at 255, I noticed some very wonky behavior with all dragon fears.

On Sontalak I was feared but just stayed in place. No self root or anything, just stood my ground with the LD above my head and couldn't do anything.

On a WW dragon that feared, I was able to actually move my character while feared. It wanted me to be running away but I was able to control which direction I was moving, was weird.

have experienced both of these before

when you were able to move/cast despite getting hit by the fear, were you levitated way higher on the Z-axis than the dragon? that's the only thing out of the ordinary that i can think of when i had that happen to me

I was on flat ground, non-lev.

I couldn't really find a rhyme or reason to any of these. Just happened sometimes.
