Black Screen of Death

Happens 99% of the time in Overthere. Randomly in other zones but not nearly as much. Window mode or full screen. Will log in and right click my mouse to turn ( or any movement ) and my game screen goes black. Going full screen does not fix the issue. Can still hear sounds but can't move, after about 10 seconds it will lock up. Only way out is through task manager.

Laptop with 2060. Very frustrating.

try to restart and run in a safe mode
if everything works than its a driver issue and you should reinstall the rivers
