Communism historically has a spotty relationship with Islam.

The whole rounding up and killing religious people thing kind of went against the Communists PR-wise. It's always fun for militant atheists right at first when Communism breaks out. Because then the atheist step in and start looting and burning all the churches and slapping around the priests having big group lectures about how fucked up (insert religion) is because of the (insert fucked up stuff that religion did/does) to the parish (hostages). But usually the government disbands the groups shortly after establishing power.

Nevertheless, there are some strong socialist strains in modern Islamists. arguably more-so than with Christian theology.

The end game suits ultra conservative/militant religious practices in a sense, especially if you use "your selected interpretation" of the Qu`ran as a tool to keep everyone in line.

Does a great job also of keeping any Western migration out, who'd want to move there?

Charles Koch, network send GOP a message: We're happy to back Democrats who share our policy goals

Americans for Prosperity, the network backed by billionaire industrialist Charles Koch, said on Sunday that pro-growth Democrats may also get their support.
"If you are a Democrat and stand up to [Senator] Elizabeth Warren to coral enough votes for financial reform that breaks barriers for community banks and families, your darn right we will work with you," CEO Emily Seidel told donors.
