https://obsproject.com/ is easy to setup for local recording or live streaming.
There are many tutorials on how to set it up and use it. I really want to see people streaming and recording Green Gameplay! Quote:

I think i will try streaming but i have such shit internet its probably not going to be worth in the end. I may just do some simple youtube videos
