You didn't mention the single flat-earth talking point that makes any sense at all: the angular momentum differential between the equator and the north or south pole, and the fact that humans are completely unable to detect the difference.

Clearly it has something to do with relativity, but I still don't like it. Roughly 1300 miles per hour versus 0 miles per her, and our bodies cannot tell the difference at all.
One of my old buddies is a pillar of the flat earther community. Like, he's in the netflix documentary and he's been on podcasts and stuff. So, I've heard it all. The angular momentum thing is the only 'factoid' that rings any alarm bells in my brain. | ||
