Hybrid penalty and QoL Changes

I know this is beating a dead horse, but how would people feel about getting rid of hybrid experience penalties on blue? What’s the argument other than, ‘not classic’? Would level 60 hybrids feel cheated since leveling took longer? I just feel like some simple quality of life changes for blue l, could help with sparking some fresh population on blue instead of pushing all new players to green. I can understand keeping green classic until end of timeline and dumping to blue.

I’m confused. There is no hybrid penalty on blue. That goes away in velious. There are racial penalties, most obvious being troll/iksar at 20% and ogre at 15%.

TBQ honest hybrid penalty should be 150% and they should be a priestiege class only unlocked by beating the game solo as a rogue. Grouping once disqualifies u. Only available to players that twink raid loot and solo only.
