Question, the iksar necromancer 8th skullcap requires the Flaxen Lock of Hair from Chief Rokus in Dorga, any know if this is dropping yet?

Quest wasn't solved until 2003 and the patch notes support that something was wrong with it( http://everquest.allakhazam.com/hist...es-2003-1.html then ctrl-f "Hermit") preventing it from being solved during our timeline.

I honestly doubt that there is enough evidence for the devs to implement it.
