I was wondering if anyone knew if the "minimum level" requirement of 40 was a description of the quest difficulty or that the quest giver will actually not work with you unless you're lvl 40? Thanks

It's just a rough estimate of what level you should be able to solo the whole thing.

I think I had all 3 items on my cleric at lvl 10. The helm is super nice for vision, see Invis, and click!
