Exclamation Green Raid Rules, Player Agreements & Encounter Guidelines (PLEASE READ)

As agreed upon in green UN, here are the base rules for each encounter during the Kunark & Velious era. Many thanks for feedback & discussion from green UN leaders. These are subject to change pending on senior staff discussion or UN guild agreements. I will update this as we go through the expansion with any changes.

As always, the PNP would be in effect for these encounters (no intentional trains, ninja looting, etc)

I would also check out the current Blue Raid rules for precedent.


Green UN leaders are discussing additional open raids or possibly a self enforced "class" system in Kunark. Any agreement will be posted here.

Swim Race from entrance if contested.
Phinigel Autropos can be camped in his lair, however, if another entity wishes to challenge the camp, this challenge should be issued in a public channel at least 30 minutes prior to his spawn. In a challenge situation, there will be a race for FTE, with no parties on the encounter log allowed beyond the zone line. Normal FTE rules apply, such that a dropped FTE followed by a subsequent FTE would take precedence. Any trained mobs need to be controlled, or those that train risk punishment.



Noble Dojorn
Zone: Plane of Sky
Translocate Allotment: None allowed
Run Speed Consideration(s): Galach outline Spirit of Wolf Maximum Speed
Location of Engagement: Isle 1.5 Plane of Sky
Additional Rule Consideration:
Galach Outlined- Current Green UN rules: The starting line for Noble Dojorn will be from inside the east ashtray on island 1.
Galach Outlined - Each entity is limited to 6 racers. If you are not inside the dish when it pops you cannot get FTE. Other raiders must start from island 1 and out of the way of the race path.
Galach Outlined - Non-racers cannot start from island 1.5 and get on the encounter log, and they must click to 1.5 AFTER the FTE is out. Max speed is Spirit of the Wolf, no bard speed, etc.

If a raid chooses to train mobs away before FTE, they are ultimately responsible for any actions from that train.



Innoruuk

Location of Engagement: can pull to entrance, but responsible if train
Additional Rule Consideration:
Galach Outlined: Must physically zone out before engaging.
Galach Outlined: FTE must be done by running up steps (can’t FTE from first floor)
UN Rule 15.2: You can not use any form of dispel to FTE.

Translocate Allotment: Galach Outlined - Able to COTH to “poopsock” mountain. 2 tracker max, can both be mages. Can’t camp/log in at hill.
Run Speed Consideration(s): Can use sow if running down as rogue or for engage.

Galach Outlined: Able to XP in zone during window, but anyone past zone line must zone out if they are XPing (ex: rogues can’t sneak down from their xp camp or people can’t get coth’d if they are XPing before zoning out)

Roll agreements below

Ragefire roll now requires you to be a 46+ cleric.


Scout Roll ( https://wiki.project1999.com/Leuz%27s_Task) will have a level 55 minimum requirement to roll. Winner must be the one to do turnin & loot broken disc.

The quest to acquire the 10th Coldain ring (Rain of Dain Frostreaver IV) involves a significant scaling bottleneck wherein one player must trigger (and succeed at winning) an event, enabling the next step in the quest. This is a mandate, any violators will be severely punished.

Details
The first 7 days of every month will be won by the first player to complete the turn-in. That turn-in must occur after Sentry Badain's has respawned from his original spawn position inside the hut to one of his updated locations.
After that first 7 days, the following new mandate goes into effect:
Players will /random 1000 and the highest dice number roll wins.
Time limit to roll is 20 seconds from the first player roll, to prevent players from having the opportunity to switch to a second character and roll again.
Players must honor their roll and turn in themselves, within 5 minutes of Sentry Badain spawning.
The character who wins the roll must be the character to perform the turn in and loot the rewards.
Attacking, casting on, agroing Sentry Badain or doing anything to disrupt this event will suffer consequences.
In the case of tie winning rolls, the involved players will /random 900, until a winner is decided.
In the event of an Earthquake/server reset, FFA rules.
