General Information
The most annoying thing about these monsters is their harmtouch. Some NPC shadowknights can harmtouch multiple times, and the puller should always be wearing either a good damage aborbing shield , or be a tank with a lot of hitpoints.
MOnsters based on this class will often have a skeleton pet close by which is mainly an annoyance to casters, and can be easily mesmerised or rooted to keep it out of the way.

That's wild, that is a drop from Cazic Thule now able to be made by a skilled potter. Great walkthrough!!!

Kridgerkanthar the cazic drop has been admitted by VI to be a bug. Cazic is supposed to drop the cazic gate potion, but the loot tables got mangled.

For those that dont know this potion is a required component for the shawl quest in thurgaden.

Oh and another thing, please dont tote it as "Rangers can Gate".
1. It promotes class envy,
2. It's incorrect as any class can use this
3. If people start flaunting this all over the boards it will be nerfed next patch. Especially with point 1.

Possible nerfs will be in either the price of the components, the skill level required, or they will just replace the item in the quest

According to one of the commenters above, its addition to CT's loot table was a mistake acknowledged by Verant Interactive. However, if there were acknowledgements, none seem to have been made available for public viewing on any of the old websites. In any event, the vial remained there throughout the following year, beyond the classic trilogy timeline, and possibly longer.
