Default Lost my stack of rubies while purchasing them during client crash

Hello,

I hope the day's been nice to you GMs. At around 2:30pm EST on 6/21 I was purchasing rubies in Rathe Mountains on my magician Zigz. The client crashed while I was purchasing and when I logged back on ALL the stack of rubies in my inventory was gone (!).

Please help fix me =) thank you for your time & efforts.

Thank you Kavious. I think that's exactly what happened.

Do you know if I'm in the right place in the forums to get a reimbursement processed?

Greetings! You'll need to submit this in the Petitions/Exploit thread.
