Best way to ruin Kaladim faction while leveling?

Might be wrong in this, but I vaguely remember Rallos worshippers being kos to dwarf guards in classic. My bard is all about Rallos Zek, but the guards won't kill me unless I hit them first for some reason (apprehensive). Level 2 atm, but I'd like to make my way kos to every kaladim faction asap.

Dwarves are gross and I've always hated them.

What's the best way to go about this? Are there low level dwarves available for ruthless murder? I remember the dwarf slaves in CB, but that seems like it would take forever and xping there would give me ++faction with some dwarves. And some of the placeholder spawns are elves and (I think?) gnomes. I like gnomes and elves. It's the dwarves that must die.
