Unlike spellcasters, Bards do not start with any songs - you must earn the money for your first (and subsequent) songs. This means a lot of adventuring, or even Questing. Beginning Bards in Qeynos have the advantage of two Quests originating in the Bard's Guild, one for beginners, and one for someone slightly more experienced. Kelethin adventurers can take up Sylia's Quest, which requires level 3 or so, while as near as I can tell, Freeport residents are left out in the cold, Quest-wise. Adventurous young Bards in any of the three cities may wish to help the League of Antonican Bards by delivering mail. This requires picking up mail from one of the Bards that hang out in nearly every region, and delivering it to it's destination, recieving some gold and experience for each delivery. Regardless of how you go about it, it's important to be well-prepared for your adventuring.

I wasnt on lvl 1 very long, seeing as how I didnt have any money for the song I didnt buy it untill lvl 3. I had its uses and some times I think it works pretty well.

This song is worth every copper, as for quite a few levels it is your only buff, particularly for the whole party. It makes a noticeable difference for your fighting, as well.

This was fixed at the same time as the other changes, was missed in replying, and will be included in next patch.
