Thanks for all the tips! Yeah I figured EC would certainly be more populated but I'm looking forward to the BB/Qhills/Karanas areas for nostalgia reasons. This day at work is reeeeeally starting to drag now...

Blackburrow gnoll fangs then WK bandit sashes. Look up the quests on p99wiki. Make sure to do the post-gnoll fang quest to gain enough faction for bandit sashes.
