you can just play p99 normally, you'll just have to wait longer for loot and/or have to accept that some items will just remain out of your reach forever

You are a prime example. Your entire post history is just like this. You enter random threads, and leave simple 4-6 word insults towards people in the thread. You never post anything that isn't negative, aggressive, nor do you engage in conversation or enter any meaningful dialogue with a single user.
